About the Role

You shape and scale products across the Injective ecosystem, driving product direction, prioritization, and execution from ideation through launch and iteration. You define roadmaps and requirements, partner with technical and cross-functional teams, use feedback and metrics to guide decisions, and lead initiatives end to end while operating as an individual contributor.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with technical or infrastructure-heavy products
  • Strong product fundamentals and product judgment
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Experience working with highly technical teams
  • Understanding of finance
  • Ability to independently drive initiatives
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Attention to product quality and execution standards
  • Technical background, engineering experience, or technical degree is a plus
  • Interest in crypto, financial infrastructure, and emerging technologies
  • Experience in crypto, exchanges, decentralized finance, fintech, trading systems, or financial products is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in New York or open to relocating

Responsibilities

  • Drive product development from ideation through launch, iteration, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning
  • Partner with engineering, design, and leadership teams to define product direction and priorities
  • Make prioritization decisions using user feedback, product intuition, data, and business context
  • Translate technical concepts and user needs into product requirements and execution plans
  • Maintain product quality across user experience, functionality, and execution
  • Define and monitor product metrics
  • Use product insights to improve decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, business development, operations, and support teams
  • Lead initiatives end to end
