About the Role

Lead development of the NODE Single Dealer Platform, translating business needs into product requirements, managing roadmaps and sprints, coordinating technical teams, supporting integrations, tracking KPIs, gathering user feedback, and improving platform performance and latency.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a technical Product Manager role
Technical background in system design and infrastructure
Knowledge of cybersecurity, identity and access management, and secure APIs
Experience with AWS services
Proficiency in Python scripting
Awareness of latency-critical systems and trade-offs between speed, scalability, and reliability
Experience managing full-stack product development
Excellent communication and documentation skills
FIX protocol and electronic trading experience preferred
Trading platform or single dealer platform experience preferred
Knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, VPCs, subnets, and routing preferred
Knowledge of crypto markets, blockchain infrastructure, and DeFi protocols preferred

Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle of the Single Dealer Platform
Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and technical specifications
Manage engineering roadmaps, sprints, and deliverables using Agile methodologies
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams
Integrate market data feeds and execution systems using FIX protocol
Contribute to architecture discussions and design reviews
Uphold cybersecurity standards
Use AWS infrastructure to deploy, monitor, and scale platform components
Use Python for automation, prototyping, and light data analysis
Track KPIs and gather user feedback
Improve product functionality and performance
Minimize latency across execution pathways
