About the Role

You lead the development of a single-dealer crypto trading platform for institutional counterparties. You translate business needs into product requirements, manage roadmaps and sprints, coordinate technical teams, support integrations, track KPIs, gather user feedback, and improve platform performance and latency.

Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle of the Single Dealer Platform
Translate business needs into product requirements and technical specifications
Manage engineering roadmaps, sprints, and deliverables

Contribute to architecture discussions and design reviews
Uphold cybersecurity standards
