About the Role

You will set product direction and roadmap across multimodal APIs, ecosystem compatibility, voice, and batch inference. You will identify API gaps, define developer and voice experiences, manage voice model partnerships, prototype product ideas, work with engineering and research on tradeoffs, study customer usage, and communicate roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Experience with APIs and developer tools
• Strong product judgment
• Ability to read specifications and code, test integrations, and build working prototypes with AI development tools
• Track record of earning trust with engineering and external partners
• Experience with experimentation and iteration
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Set product direction and roadmap across chat and multimodal APIs, ecosystem compatibility, voice, and batch inference
• Close API and behavioral gaps affecting workload migration
• Identify developer and agent ecosystem gaps and turn them into product priorities
• Define API and consumption experiences for voice applications
• Build relationships with voice model partners
• Reimagine batch inference across its lifecycle, developer experience, completion guarantees, pricing, and packaging
• Build prototypes and demo applications to test product ideas
• Work with engineering and research to make product tradeoffs and deliver customer experiences
• Talk with customers and study product usage
• Create and communicate an active roadmap
