About the Role
Define the end-to-end testing strategy for merchant integrations, lead a global payment simulation platform, expand testing across financial products, unify fragmented tooling, drive adoption across product teams, develop AI-ready testing capabilities, and deliver automated validation, sandboxes, and workflow guidance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product experience
- Significant experience with platform or infrastructure products serving internal teams or external developers
- Experience building developer tooling or API-first platforms at scale
- Experience driving adoption of shared platforms across multiple product teams
- Stakeholder alignment experience across product, operations, support, and leadership
- Strong quantitative and analytical decision-making
- Experience with fintech, payment flows, or financial products is a plus
- Experience with testing infrastructure or QA platforms is a plus
- Experience building developer sandboxes, ephemeral environments, or test data management is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define how merchants gain confidence to launch on Adyen
- Drive testability, feedback loops, and guidance through developer-friendly tools
- Own the payment simulation platform for end-to-end payment flow testing
- Balance payment method coverage with per-method accuracy across regions
- Extend testing capabilities across payments, financial products, Uplift, Loyalty, and Giving
- Drive adoption of shared testing infrastructure across product teams
- Unify fragmented testing tools into a self-service experience
- Lead deprecation of legacy testing solutions
- Shape AI-agent interaction with testing infrastructure
- Deliver automated go-live validation, developer sandboxes, and workflow guidance
