About the Role
You will lead global Banking Networks capabilities and own reliable connectivity with banking partners, clearing houses, payment rails, and providers outside North America. You will define strategy and roadmaps, lead product integrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage two product managers functionally, and improve banking processing performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or an adjacent function
- Fintech or financial services experience focused on payments
- Experience launching and scaling transactional banking products
- In-depth experience with a clearing house, real-time payment rail, or banking scheme
- Project management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Data-driven problem solving
- Knowledge of banking flows, financial data, and technical and regulatory constraints
- Interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision and strategy for global banking networks
- Translate infrastructure opportunities and regulatory requirements into roadmaps
- Define integration and capability use cases
- Lead the product lifecycle for banking network integrations
- Act as the product authority for global banking networks
- Serve as a subject matter expert on banking systems and settlement flows
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and regional teams
- Manage the focus of two product managers
- Design and scale banking connectivity
- Improve banking processing performance, reliability, and scalability
- Gather customer and partner feedback
- Translate customer needs into product requirements
- Monitor product metrics
- Own initiatives from scoping through delivery
