About the Role

You will define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Rampas and Crypto Infra in the B2B unit You will create dashboards to track performance and funnels and you will collaborate with engineering design data and staff to deliver high impact features You will analyze usage data to detect opportunities for optimization You will establish and maintain product ceremonies and best practices for collaboration to ensure alignment and SLA across both B2B products and you will collaborate with marketing sales and partnerships to define country level go to market strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or project management ideally fintech crypto or payments infrastructure
• Familiarity with fintech B2B2C business models
• Advanced English (oral and written)
• Proficiency with product tools Jira Figma Mixpanel SQL etc
• Strategic thinking with strong results orientation
• Excellent communication and storytelling to align teams and stakeholders
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem with rampas trading, stablecoins, custody yields is a plus
• AI First mindset and experience using AI tools for automation and optimization

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Rampas and Crypto Infra within the B2B unit
• Create and maintain dashboards of performance metrics and product funnels to reinforce data driven decision making
• Collaborate closely with engineering design data business and staff to ensure delivery of high impact features
• Analyze usage data funnels and behavior to identify opportunities for optimization
• Establish and maintain product ceremonies and best practices for collaboration to ensure alignment across teams and SLA across both B2B products
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and partnerships on go to market strategies by country
