About the Role
You will own Assisted Autonomy end to end, develop its product vision and roadmap, define requirements, establish safety and performance KPIs, and guide releases and field deployments. You will integrate software interfaces with hardware, collect customer feedback, and keep stakeholders informed of product readiness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Experience defining and launching end-user-facing high-tech products at scale
- B2C UX and design experience for teleoperations and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Ability to use data and KPIs for product prioritization
- Technical degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in assisted autonomy, autonomous vehicles, or robotics
- Startup experience
Responsibilities
- Formulate and evolve the Assisted Autonomy roadmap
- Assess market trends and align cross-functional teams around product strategy
- Establish and monitor KPIs
- Use data to prioritize safety improvements and failure modes
- Define and prioritize product requirements
- Evaluate releases and support field deployment
- Drive improvements across software interfaces and hardware integrations
- Communicate feature development, release status, and market readiness to stakeholders
- Visit commercial deployment locations to gather customer and operational feedback
