About the Role
You will design scalable, self-service, and customizable platform frameworks for business users and developers. You will create clear mental models for data, permissions, and services across products. You will shape platform strategy, prototype concepts using AI-native tools, improve design quality, align cross-functional stakeholders, and guide platform capabilities from concept to adoption.
Requirements
- Education in Design, HCI, or Interaction Design, or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience
- Experience designing large-scale B2B or enterprise platforms, data-rich experiences, or dev/ops tools
- Experience using Claude Code, Cursor, MCP, or similar tools
- Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, end-to-end flows, and solutions to complex problems
- Systems thinking and technical fluency
- Interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and user research skills
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, self-service, and customizable platform frameworks
- Model how data, permissions, and services flow across products
- Partner with platform product and technical leads to shape platform strategy
- Create proof-of-concept designs in Cursor or Claude and develop enterprise-ready experiences
- Advocate for design craft and raise the quality bar
- Drive cross-squad alignment, stakeholder buy-in, and adoption
- Exercise judgment about when to ship
