About the Role
You will lead end-to-end design for new products and features, from prototypes, proposals, and specifications through implementation and post-launch iteration. You will use customer insight, feedback, and analytics to improve experiences, develop the design system, collaborate with engineering, product, and research, and help shape product vision and design processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design, product experience, and measurable impact
- Experience shipping consumer-facing features
- Experience building 0-to-1 products or working with early-stage startups
- Ability to make short-term and long-term tradeoffs based on business and user needs
- Interaction design, visual design, and design-system skills
- Proficiency in Figma
- Prototyping experience
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for new products and features
- Prototype ideas and write proposals and specifications
- Work with engineering on scope and implementation
- Track feedback and data and iterate after launch
- Understand customer needs and product usage
- Use feedback and analytics to prioritize product improvements
- Develop and expand the design system
