About the Role
You will own the end-to-end product experience across QuantPilot, our AI-powered trading platform, from signup through daily usage. You will handle UX design including user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design to simplify complex workflows so users reach value fast. You will also handle high-fidelity UI design, component design, and design system development. You will conduct user research including usability testing and product data analysis, turning insights into design decisions. You will work on activation and onboarding to reduce friction in the signup-to-value flow. You will manage other product designers on the team, setting direction and reviewing their work. You will design how performance data, risk metrics, and AI-generated results are presented so traders trust them. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to challenge decisions and push for simpler flows.
Requirements
- Deep trading knowledge and experience, professional or personal
- Understanding of charts, order types, risk management, and portfolio views
- Strong skills across both UX and UI, from research through polished output
- Ability to simplify complex AI and data-heavy experiences for traders
- Portfolio showing UX improvements and visual design quality
- Comfort working in a fast-moving team with evolving product strategy
- Proficiency in Figma
- Clear English communication across a distributed team
