About the Role
You will use AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, v0, and Framer as your primary creative tool to build interactive, working prototypes and design explorations. You'll design and prototype AI-assisted product solutions such as agents, copilots, and automation tools together with product and engineering teams. You'll build and iterate prompt-to-flow-to-result pipelines, contributing reusable prompt patterns and workflow libraries, and lean on no-/low-code tools like Webflow, Retool, and Zapier to reduce dependency on core engineering. You'll turn ideas into clear UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma, bringing strong visual and interaction design craft to everything you build. You'll create partner-facing materials such as product presentations, landing pages, and infographics, and contribute to discovery work including interviews, JTBD, surveys, and customer journey maps. You'll validate solutions through quick tests and experiments, collaborate with analytics to define success metrics, and translate monetization and growth ideas into concrete prototypes and UX flows for D2C, in-app, F2P, and LiveOps scenarios. You'll bridge business, design, and tech by translating business problems into clear artifacts and working closely with engineers to ensure a smooth path from prototype to production.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in product design, UX/UI, or a hybrid design-engineering role
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar
- A genuine passion for vibe coding and AI-assisted prototyping
- Confident in Figma for UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity design when required
- Proven AI production experience building prompt and workflow pipelines and shipping automated or AI-assisted flows into real use
- Strong UI skills including visual clarity, hierarchy, and attention to detail
- Strong UX thinking including flows, structure, consistency, and edge cases
- Research skills including experience contributing to discovery, usability tests, and surveys
- Comfortable framing hypotheses, reading A/B-test results, and connecting UX changes to business metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
Responsibilities

- Move prototypes to production in close collaboration with engineers ensuring smooth handoff and feasibility
- Turn ideas into clear UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma when needed
- Bring strong visual and interaction design craft to everything you build including hierarchy, clarity, motion, and micro-interactions
- Create partner-facing materials such as product presentations, landing pages, one-pagers, and infographics
- Contribute to discovery through interviews, JTBD, surveys, and customer journey maps and translate insights into product decisions
- Validate solutions and hypotheses through quick tests and experiments
- Collaborate with analytics to define success metrics and interpret experiment results
- Translate monetization and growth ideas into concrete prototypes, UX changes, and experiments
- Design and iterate flows for D2C, in-app/F2P, and LiveOps scenarios such as shops, offers, bundles, and events
- Translate business problems and partner needs into clear artifacts including flows, specs, clickable prototypes, and documentation
- Work closely with engineers to ensure feasibility and a smooth path from prototype to production
- Contribute to internal standards for AI-assisted workflows, UX quality, and visual consistency
