About the Role

Lead the end-to-end product design function, overseeing UX/UI designers, researchers, and product design strategists while shaping user experiences, design language, and user-centric solutions across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design, UX/UI, or user experience strategy experience, including at least 4 years in leadership or a head-of-role position.
• Experience designing digital products at scale; fintech, crypto, super apps, payments, or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design strategy, user journeys, and end-to-end product design expertise.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into design insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence executives.
• Behavioral science, design psychology, or UX research background is a plus.
• Experience in fintech, payments, digital wallets, or blockchain/crypto is preferred.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product designers, UX/UI designers, design researchers, and UX writers.
• Advocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking across the organization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.
• Oversee the design process from discovery and ideation through wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Implement design systems, frameworks, and tools for consistency and efficiency at scale.
• Champion design thinking and research-led innovation using user feedback and data.
• Ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and optimized for mobile and web platforms.
• Own the user journey and experience lifecycle, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Develop metrics and KPIs for user satisfaction, usability, and design impact.
• Drive improvements in onboarding, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Represent the user in strategic discussions and decision-making.
• Communicate design vision and updates to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within the design team.
