About the Role

You'll partner with founders, product, engineering, and leadership to turn ambiguous problems into clear design direction, and you'll personally design and ship work spanning UX/UI, prototypes, brand systems, and storytelling. You'll also dedicate up to 25% of your time supporting the Marketing, Brand, and Communications team on web development for the company's and its portfolio companies' digital presence. This is a remote role with light travel expectations, including attendance at bi-annual All Hands events.

  • Deep understanding of responsive, mobile-first design
  • Demonstrated success designing across multiple phases of company growth from concept to scaled product
  • Exceptional craft across UX, visual design, systems thinking, and storytelling
