About the Role
You will drive the design of payment-related experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll be expected to independently propose design improvements, maintain strong research habits, and deliver high-quality outputs that elevate the user experience. You will lead end-to-end design processes, work closely with cross-functional teams, and apply user insights to build intuitive, reliable payment experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a proven track record in shipping digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design for complex systems, ideally in payments or fintech
- Solid understanding of payment systems, user needs, and pain points
- Proficiency in Figma, with strong expertise in building and maintaining design systems
- Strong communication skills, including working effectively in English across teams
- Self-driven, with a habit of combining research insights and design thinking to create impactful solutions
- Bonus: Ability to create illustrations or motion/interaction animations to enhance product experiences
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for payment flows on web and app
- Deliver efficient, high-quality design deliverables (UI/UX) that meet product and business goals
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation
- Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation
- Apply user insights and empathy to create intuitive and reliable payment experiences
- Continuously explore and suggest design optimizations to improve usability and conversion
