About the Role
You will analyze current and future business and technical processes, document system flows and requirements, assess dependencies, and sequence work. You will work with engineering and business stakeholders to validate solutions, support testing, maintain design and training materials, and improve product-delivery practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of analysis and product-delivery experience
- Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
- Experience analyzing end-to-end processes
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, JSON, and Postman, Insomnia, or Bruno
- Ability to understand application technology and software architecture
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis using process flows, screen mockups, data, and use cases
- Perform feasibility and cost-benefit analysis and recommend system designs
- Extract and analyze data to support decision-making
- Ensure system changes have adequate test coverage and meet requirements
- Define business and system requirements and processes
- Evaluate system functionality, dependability, and maintainability
- Maintain feature design documentation and user training materials
- Implement product-delivery process efficiencies and best practices
