About the Role
You will provide regional engineering leadership for physical security systems across planning, design, construction, and commissioning. You will review designs, approve changes, inspect installations, coordinate delivery, resolve issues, and support operational turnover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a listed discipline or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of experience leading complex physical security, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology deployment programs
- Experience delivering physical security systems for hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Experience managing cross-functional programs involving design, construction, networking, operations, procurement, and customer stakeholders
- Experience coordinating commissioning, operational readiness, and transition to operations
- Experience working with security system integrators, engineering consultants, general contractors, and owner representatives
Responsibilities
- Review architectural and engineering designs for compliance with security standards
- Partner on planning and design development
- Review consultant designs, shop drawings, and equipment submittals
- Evaluate scope and specification changes
- Approve physical security design changes
- Support engineering coordination during construction
- Perform installation quality inspections and milestone walkthroughs
- Support commissioning and operational turnover
- Provide technical support for construction issue resolution
- Serve as a regional subject matter expert for physical security design and systems engineering
