About the Role
You will serve as the senior technical advisor for an OEM engineering team and lead escalations for complex device-level issues. You will set technical priorities, improve tooling and automation, align Product, Engineering, Hardware Integrity and Commercial stakeholders, improve payment experiences, mentor peers, and help scale hardware partner engineering operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technical solutions, partner engineering, or related role.
- 4+ years of hands-on embedded, firmware, or systems engineering experience.
- Customer-facing technical experience.
- Ability to evaluate OEM root-cause claims and hold senior engineering counterparts accountable.
- Experience creating durable process, tooling, or automation from reactive backlogs.
- Experience leading discussions with senior partner engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to OEM locations and work across time zones.
Responsibilities
