About the Role

You will own verification environments from planning through sign-off, translating architecture and system requirements into strategies, test plans, and completion criteria. You will build reusable testbenches and verification components, drive closure through coverage and assertions, resolve hardware and software issues, improve automation and regression tooling, and contribute to architecture and design reviews.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of design verification experience on complex ASIC or SoC projects
  • Experience creating and executing verification plans, building verification environments, and driving metric-based sign-off
  • Programming and HDL development skills including SystemVerilog, Python, and C/C++
  • Understanding of digital design principles and hardware behavior
  • Hardware and software debugging skills
  • Ability to turn high-level or evolving requirements into testable specifications
  • Clear communication, accountability, and constructive collaboration
  • Degree in electrical or electronic engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related discipline

Responsibilities

  • Own verification environments from planning through sign-off
  • Translate architectural and system requirements into verification strategies, test plans, and completion criteria
  • Build reusable testbenches, reference models, stimulus, scoreboards, and verification components
  • Drive verification closure using coverage, assertions, regression results, and risk assessment
  • Resolve hardware and software problems and specification ambiguities
  • Balance verification depth, development effort, and delivery timelines
  • Develop automation, CI, regression infrastructure, and verification tooling
  • Contribute verification perspectives to architecture and design reviews
