About the Role
You will guide partners and enterprise customers through solution discovery, architecture, integration design, and implementation strategy for AI Agents. You will build and troubleshoot integrations, lead technical workshops, improve agent behavior, and document reusable technical guidance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing technical roles
- Experience with strategic partners, systems integrators, consulting firms, or partner-led delivery models
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON/XML, Postman, OAuth, API keys, and JWT
- Experience with API documentation, field mappings, and integration troubleshooting
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, conversational architecture, and enterprise AI workflows
- Stakeholder and project management skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
Responsibilities
- Scope and design end-to-end AI Agent deployments
- Define integrations with enterprise systems
- Solve multi-system data-flow and integration challenges
- Guide API design, authentication, data transformation, field mapping, and error handling
- Build, configure, test, and troubleshoot integrations
- Lead technical discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and solution-design sessions
- Translate customer requirements into conversational components and AI Agent behavior
- Apply LLM, prompting, embedding, and context-management knowledge to improve agent performance
- Support prompt design, conversational flows, guardrails, escalation logic, and voice configuration
- Review partner solution designs and enable independent delivery
- Identify and resolve delivery blockers
- Document reusable architecture patterns, implementation guidance, standards, and best practices
