About the Role
You will manage model-lab relationships and work directly with researchers and product teams to integrate models, run evaluations, and deliver results. You will improve onboarding and delivery processes, turn customer feedback into engineering work, build solutions across the stack, and help expand accounts through technical execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Production experience with TypeScript and modern web frameworks
- Experience integrating LLM provider APIs and streaming responses
- Frontend and backend development experience
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own active model-lab relationships
- Integrate customer models and run evaluations
- Deliver high-quality evaluation results
- Drive onboarding, data releases, product releases, and co-launches
- Improve or automate customer processes
- Translate customer feedback into product and engineering work
- Build pragmatic solutions across the stack
- Help expand strategic accounts through technical execution
