About the Role
You will intake and prepare first-round markups for investment-related NDAs and related documents while meeting client turnaround times. You will support lawyers with drafting and legal work, coordinate client workflows and document portals, and drive contracts through execution. You may use AI-backed contract review and CLM or e-signature systems.
