About the Role

You will lead paid social campaigns across markets, optimizing web and app conversions, subscriptions, and growth KPIs. You will manage budgets, bidding, audiences, creative testing, platform relationships, attribution, reporting, forecasting, and tracking integrations. You will build tools and testing frameworks, analyze performance, and provide clear recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing conversion-optimized paid social campaigns with multi-million annual budgets
• Experience with web conversion campaigns, pixels, events, landing-page performance, and full-funnel optimization
• Experience running global campaigns
• Experience with app campaign mechanics and mobile attribution
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Willingness to work in-office five days per week

Responsibilities

• Own global paid social channel performance
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing
• Manage paid social platform partnerships
• Run weekly performance analyses and incrementality tests
• Own tracking setup and mobile measurement partner integrations
• Build tools, dashboards, and testing frameworks
• Analyze creative performance and brief new concepts
• Manage budget pacing and forecasting
• Communicate campaign insights and recommendations
