About the Role

You will plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads. You will monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance against goals, and conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. You will gather, clean, and analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities, and prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders. You will collaborate with the creative and product teams to align ad strategies with user acquisition goals, and stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads
  • Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar tools)
  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, ARPU)
  • Basic knowledge of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and attribution models
  • Good experience and knowledge of analytics platforms (Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
