About the Role
You will join the growth team to manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads, ensuring efficient spend and optimized performance. You'll dive into data, run A/B tests, and prepare clear reports that guide strategic decisions. You'll work closely with creative and product teams to align ad strategies with user acquisition goals, while staying current on platform changes and performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Apple Search Ads
- Strong skills in data gathering, analysis, and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar tools)
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, CAC, ROAS, ARPU)
- Basic knowledge of audience targeting, keyword strategy, and attribution models
- Good experience and knowledge of analytics platforms (Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads
- Monitor campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance against goals
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Gather, clean, and analyze campaign data to identify insights and opportunities
- Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to align ad strategies with user acquisition goals
- Stay up-to-date with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing
