You manage deposits and withdrawals, maintain investment performance dashboards, lead liquidity operations, supervise support agents, support commission reporting, and handle ad hoc business operations tasks.

- Manage and verify manual wire deposits
- Oversee fiat withdrawal execution via BCB
- Oversee crypto withdrawal execution via Fireblocks
- Maintain and update investment strategy performance dashboards
- Lead liquidity operations, including rebalancing and settlement
- Supervise support agents
- Review support communications for tone, accuracy, and completeness
- Support sales commission reporting and distribution
- Provide ad hoc business operations support
- Coordinate products, documentation, and report gathering
