About the Role
You will prepare, check, consolidate, and coordinate regulatory reports for timely and accurate submission. You will perform cash, stock, and General Ledger reconciliations, identify errors and breaks, support risk awareness and training, assist with operational projects and UAT, maintain compliant SOPs, and support audits, RCSA reviews, and team management.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
- Hands-on experience in securities settlement, reconciliation, control, and reporting
- Knowledge of investment product settlement, including equities, fixed income, unit trusts, and structured products
- Risk and control awareness
- Ability to identify errors and work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple commitments and deadlines
- Ability to handle sensitive information
Responsibilities
- Prepare, check, and coordinate regulatory reports including CRS, FATCA, GSIB, and HKMA returns
- Consolidate regulatory reporting for submission to internal parties and regulators
- Review cash and stock reconciliations to identify errors and breaks
- Perform daily and monthly General Ledger account reconciliations
- Provide risk awareness support and training within the team
- Assist with system and processing procedure changes and projects
- Liaise with business partners on user requirements and monitor UAT status
- Ensure daily operations comply with regulatory, internal, and risk management requirements
- Review and update SOPs
- Assist the Team Lead with team management and RCSA and compliance audit activities
