About the Role
You will help design and run the operational processes for the Altersvorsorgedepot. You will support contract registration, contribution management, bonus applications and payment reconciliation, document workflows and error catalogues, investigate recurring errors, prepare answers for client support teams, and identify manual processes that could be improved or automated.
Requirements
- German fluency at C1 level or above
- Comfort working in English
- Student in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or a related field, or on a gap year between degrees
- Structured and precise working style
- Interest in regulations
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Confidence with spreadsheets
- Prior exposure to financial services, operations or regulated environments is a bonus
- Availability for a minimum of 4 months, with 6 months preferred
- Based in Berlin
Responsibilities
- Support contract registration with the ZfA
- Support contribution management
- Support annual bonus applications
- Reconcile payments and records
- Document workflows and build step-by-step guides
- Maintain error catalogues
- Investigate recurring ZfA error cases
- Identify patterns behind repeat issues
- Prepare answers for client support teams
- Identify opportunities to improve or automate manual processes
