About the Role
You will lead the design, deployment, and operation of network infrastructure across data center and cloud environments. You will own critical systems, resolve complex production issues, build automation, set network standards, mentor engineers, participate in on-call support, and travel to global deployment sites.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of network engineering experience in large-scale environments
- Expertise in network operations and production support
- Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, TCP/IP, IPv4, and IPv6
- Experience owning critical network infrastructure
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%
- Knowledge of VXLAN and EVPN
- Automation and scripting experience with Python or equivalent
- Knowledge of network observability, telemetry, monitoring, YANG, OpenConfig, and NETCONF
- Experience with cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, and operation of large-scale network infrastructure
- Own critical network systems and ensure availability, performance, and scalability
- Drive architecture decisions for routing, switching, and overlay networking
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production network issues
- Develop automation and tooling for reliability, observability, and operational efficiency
- Establish network design standards and operational processes
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver infrastructure solutions
- Mentor junior engineers
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Travel up to 50% to support global data center deployments and infrastructure activities
