About the Role

You will design, implement, and support networks across offices, warehouses, and data centers. You will troubleshoot the network stack, support security and SaaS integrations, document network designs, automate operations, collaborate with vendors, mentor analysts, and travel for deployments.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Network Engineer experience
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing
Knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols
Experience with wired and wireless enterprise networks
Experience with circuit provisioning and carrier management
Experience troubleshooting connectivity with Wireshark
Technical documentation and problem-solving skills
Ability to own network components or projects end to end
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support network infrastructure across offices, warehouses, and data centers
Plan network topology, IP addressing, VLANs, subnets, wireless networks, redundancy, and failover
Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and wireless networks
Perform root-cause analysis and participate in on-call support
Align configurations with security policies and support audits and vulnerability remediation
Configure SaaS integrations and automation workflows
Maintain network diagrams, IP schemas, VLAN assignments, rack elevations, and port maps
Collaborate with network architects, engineers, vendors, ISPs, and carriers
Mentor Network Analysts
Travel up to 20% for site deployments
