About the Role
You will lead domestic marketing media capital allocation and support international expansion. You will own Linear TV, YouTube, and Out-of-Home channels from investment strategy and budget pacing through targeting and measurement. You will develop research and strategic frameworks for allocating brand budgets, design methods to measure campaign effectiveness, and help evaluate and execute campaign themes and creative concepts. You will also build and deploy AI agents that automate channel operations, management, and strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in quantitative marketing, growth, or a comparable decision-science role
- Data analysis and the ability to derive defensible insights from quantitative and qualitative signals
- Experience architecting agentic systems or workflows for operational or strategic problems
- Ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive them to completion autonomously
Responsibilities

- Own marketing media channels from investment strategy and budget pacing to audience targeting and measurement
- Design measurement approaches for strategies, placements, and buys
- Identify, pressure-test, and execute campaign themes and creative concepts
