About the Role
Lead domestic marketing media capital allocation and support international expansion across Linear TV, YouTube, and Out-of-Home. Own investment strategy, budget pacing, targeting, measurement, campaign concepts, and AI-agent automation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in quantitative marketing, growth, or a comparable decision-science role
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive defensible insights from quantitative and qualitative signals
- Experience architecting agentic systems or workflows for operational or strategic problems
- Ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive them to completion autonomously
Responsibilities
- Develop qualitative research and strategic frameworks for allocating brand marketing budgets across channels and markets
- Own marketing media channels from investment strategy and budget pacing to audience targeting and measurement
- Design measurement approaches for strategies, placements, and buys
- Identify, pressure-test, and execute campaign themes and creative concepts
- Build and deploy AI agents to automate channel operations, management, and strategy
