About the Role

You will develop CRM strategies for retail banking customers and manage campaigns across email push and in-app channels. You will own campaign performance use analytics and A/B testing to improve targeting and messaging collaborate across business functions and automate execution reporting and idea generation with tools such as Claude and Gemini.

Requirements

8+ years of CRM experience for app-based products or services
Experience with activation engagement and upsell tactics
Experience building complex lifecycle flows
Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable platform
Technical skills in Liquid and HTML
Strong analytical and experimentation skills
Fluent English
Stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities
