About the Role

You will lead tax structuring, compliance, and financial modeling for data center projects. You will serve as the subject matter expert for partnerships and tax equity structures, optimize tax benefits, mitigate risks, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
At least 7 years of corporate or partnership tax experience

Responsibilities

Lead tax structuring and execution for tax equity investments, joint ventures, and project-financing partnerships
Direct and review partnership financial models, tax allocations, capital accounts, outside basis, and cash and tax waterfalls
Analyze Investment Tax Credits, depreciation schedules, and Section 754 adjustments
Monitor federal and state tax-law changes affecting renewable energy and partnership taxation
Coordinate tax-return preparation, Schedule K-1s, partnership allocations, and audit defenses with external tax advisors
Bridge partnership tax matters across real estate development, accounting, finance, treasury, and legal
