About the Role

You will own payment-risk operating procedures and design scalable investigation, dispute, and chargeback workflows. You will optimize human-AI review operations, increase automation, track quality and efficiency metrics, translate risk strategy into operational requirements, manage review capacity, and work with product, engineering, risk strategy, and compliance partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or operations strategy experience in risk management
• Knowledge of risk decision engines, modeling services, and risk analytics tooling
• Experience designing operational frameworks and SOPs for review or investigation functions at scale
• Ability to translate operational strategy into detailed product requirements
• Experience owning quality and throughput outcomes for review or investigation functions
• Experience managing in-house and outsourced review capacity across regions and time zones
• Experience defining KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects

Responsibilities

• Own payment-risk operations SOP architecture, including investigation, case review, dispute, and chargeback workflows
• Design and optimize human-in-the-loop workflows for AI agents and human reviewers
• Increase automation in risk-control processes
• Monitor and optimize SLA, automation rate, AI coverage, agreement rate, false-positive rate, and average handling time
• Work with product, engineering, compliance, and risk strategy partners to implement scalable risk-control workflows
• Ensure regulatory adherence in risk-control strategies
