About the Role

You will lead payroll accounting and expense operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliant payroll processing. You will manage corporate card and travel programs, improve financial systems and controls, oversee cash-accounting activities, lead operational initiatives, and prepare SOX documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
• 10 years of relevant payroll and accounting experience
• Direct or functional management experience
• Ability to manage multiple changing priorities
• Oral and written communication skills
• SAP experience preferred
• Analytical problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the payroll accounting team
• Ensure timely payroll processing, accruals, and legal compliance
• Establish compliant payroll processes for international expansion
• Oversee corporate travel, expense, and purchasing-card programs
• Develop travel and expense policies, procedures, and controls
• Audit policy compliance and improve processes
• Optimize systems supporting payroll, cash management, and expenses
• Oversee corporate-card expense accruals and payments
• Lead payroll and expense system implementation and automation initiatives
• Prepare and review SOX control documentation
