About the Role

You will manage the planning and delivery of in-person and virtual events. You will develop budgets, timelines, work plans, event strategy, agendas, production schedules, and success measures. You will coordinate speakers, vendors, stakeholders, branding, presentation content, and event logistics.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of related work experience
  • Experience with Zoom Meeting and Zoom Video Webinar
  • Experience with Cvent
  • Knowledge of live virtual event production, including lighting, audio, video, and technical direction
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • PowerPoint presentation development experience
  • People management experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Vendor negotiation experience
  • Ability to travel within the United States up to 30%

Responsibilities

  • Manage event projects, timelines, planning meetings, and deliverables
  • Develop event strategies, objectives, and program goals
  • Recommend approaches that maximize impact while minimizing spend
  • Coordinate branding and presentation content with marketing, communications, and product groups
  • Design event experiences for internal and external audiences
  • Develop agenda content and coordinate speaker logistics
  • Evaluate events against objectives and recommend improvements
