About the Role

You will own the third-party event portfolio, evaluate conferences and sponsorships, and design executive event experiences. You will build event sales enablement, connect events with marketing campaigns, measure performance, create reusable playbooks, manage external event partners, and travel as required for the event calendar.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event marketing experience
• Experience planning and executing corporate events
• Experience building pipeline-focused event programs
• Experience programming event formats and developing event messaging
• Sales partnership experience for targeting outreach enablement and follow-up
• Experience managing producers agencies vendors and sponsorship relationships
• Strong organization communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple events timelines and partners
• Flexibility for regular travel

Responsibilities

• Own the third-party event portfolio and strategy
• Evaluate conferences and sponsorships against pipeline audience and brand goals
• Design executive event formats content and messaging
• Develop booth content and on-site narratives
• Build pre-event targeting outreach and sales enablement
• Develop post-event follow-up sequences and handoff processes
• Connect events with demand generation social content and ABM campaigns
• Measure event performance and create reusable playbooks
• Manage producers agencies vendors and conference relationships
• Travel for domestic and international events
