About the Role

You will own growth-marketing analytics, reporting, measurement, attribution, and forecasting. You will build dashboards, improve data quality, apply AI and predictive modeling, support experimentation, and partner with Growth Marketing, Finance, RevOps, Business Intelligence, and Marketing Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing or growth analytics experience
• Growth-marketing measurement expertise
• Salesforce CRM and marketing-data-pipeline experience
• AI and machine-learning knowledge for marketing analytics
• Data-visualization proficiency with Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
• Attribution modeling, media mix modeling, or incrementality-testing experience
• SQL proficiency
• Forecasting and budget-analysis experience
• Experience partnering with Finance and Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and measurement across growth marketing
• Lead reporting and visualization infrastructure
• Analyze pipeline attribution, ROI, CAC, LTV, and ad-spend distribution
• Evolve attribution and performance-measurement frameworks
• Apply AI tools and predictive modeling to generate insights
• Support A/B testing and lift analyses
• Build reporting with Salesforce, Tableau, MCI, and related platforms
• Automate reporting and analytics workflows
• Ensure CRM and marketing-system data quality
