About the Role

You will partner with product, design, engineering, and data engineering from planning through launch. You will define hypotheses, success criteria, metrics, and measurement approaches; analyze product and user behavior; evaluate experiments; communicate recommendations; build statistical and machine-learning models; and create AI-native analytics workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience, with a strong statistical foundation
• 3+ years of product analytics or product data science experience within a consumer product team
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, including pandas, NumPy, SciPy, or Tidyverse
• Experience with statistical analysis, experimental design, causal inference, and machine learning for product problems
• Fluency using AI for exploration, analysis, experimentation, and modeling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Embed with an iOS or web team from planning through launch and define hypotheses, success criteria, metrics, and measurement approaches
• Partner on instrumentation and data quality
• Analyze product and user behavior, identify high-leverage opportunities, recommend actions, and measure impact
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and other product measurements
• Create visualizations, dashboards, experiment readouts, and decision memos
• Build machine-learning and statistical models to address user problems and improve product experience
• Design AI-native tools, systems, and automated workflows for data science and analytics
