About the Role

You will own growth analytics across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You will design experiments, build growth models and metrics, measure marketing impact, enable self-service analytics, communicate insights, and mentor data practitioners.

Requirements

• Expertise in growth or product analytics and data science
• Strong background in statistical analysis and experimentation
• Experience with acquisition, activation, retention, churn, LTV, CAC, cohort analysis, and lifecycle or CRM analytics
• Experience designing experimentation tooling and frameworks for A/B tests and causal-inference or incrementality analyses

Responsibilities

• Analyze the end-to-end growth funnel and identify high-leverage opportunities
• Design and execute A/B tests and causal or incrementality studies
• Build experimentation guardrails, metrics, and self-service tooling
• Build retention, cohort, churn, LTV, CAC, payback, unit-economics, and forecasting models
• Measure marketing and partnership impact through attribution and incrementality testing
• Define and maintain growth metrics and a North Star
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Finance to shape strategy
• Create visualizations and narratives for growth insights
• Operationalize self-service and agentic analytics
• Mentor data scientists and analysts and set best practices
