About the Role
You will build and improve the legal operations engine by managing legal technology, workflows, contract processes, data, and document repositories. You will negotiate NDAs, track legal KPIs, oversee vendors and outside-counsel bills, and prepare materials for litigation, M&A, and investor diligence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of legal operations and contract management experience
- Experience implementing legal processes and migrating legal tools and workflow platforms
- Hands-on experience with commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, amendments, templates, and playbooks
- Experience building KPIs and overseeing legal vendors and outside-counsel bills
- Experience with legal holds, document collection and production, and diligence materials
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
Responsibilities
- Lead the selection, migration, and improvement of CLM, workflow, and AI-enabled tools
- Automate manual legal tasks to improve turnaround times
- Drive the review and administration of commercial agreements
- Maintain visibility into renewals, expirations, and key contract milestones
- Develop and track legal-efficiency KPIs
- Negotiate, redline, and close NDAs
- Own the document repository and prepare materials for litigation, M&A, and investor requests
