Senior Manager, GTM Engineering
Skills
About the Role
You will lead and grow the GTM Engineering function within Revenue Technology, acting as a player/coach who both builds and manages. You'll set the technical direction for how automation and AI accelerate revenue execution, while developing a team that partners directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to remove friction and ship practical solutions. As the founding manager of this new function, you'll define how the team operates, what it ships, and how it scales, spending time in code, workflows, and in front of frontline teams rather than only in management forums. You'll partner closely with Revenue Technology, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure work lands at quality and scale, shaping a function from the ground up and treating AI and automation as a core craft.
