About the Role
You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to some of the world's largest brands, agencies, and media organizations, helping them navigate the intersection of data, technology, and marketing strategy. You will build and manage senior client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for C-suite executives, and lead data and technology assessments to identify opportunities for future-proofing measurement, identity, and technology strategy. You will oversee day-to-day execution of engagements, design frameworks that drive marketing transformation, and guide clients in optimizing their marketing technology stack, including CDPs, DMPs, clean rooms, and AI-powered tools. You will stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, privacy regulation, and identity, and contribute to thought leadership on the future of martech. You will also support business development, respond to RFPs, mentor junior team members, and collaborate cross-functionally with Transformation and Growth Strategy teams to embed data-driven expertise into broader client work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in MarTech, AdTech, data, or media measurement within consulting, agency, tech, or brand-side environments
- Proven C-level client engagement experience
- Deep expertise in marketing technology, audience identity, programmatic tactics, measurement evolution, and data privacy
- Strong understanding of AI's role in modern marketing, including measurement, personalization, and automation
- Fluency in marketing/media/advertising/technology industry trends, players, and frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with a hypothesis-driven problem-solving approach
- Track record of successfully designing and implementing data-driven strategies within complex organizations
- Experience in business development and revenue growth
- Ability to sell through recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities

- Lead data and technology assessments to evaluate clients' existing capabilities
- Partner with Transformation and Growth Strategy teams to embed data-driven decision-making
- Manage day-to-day execution of engagements ensuring flawless delivery
- Define success metrics and ensure tangible business impact from engagements
- Lead design and implementation of frameworks driving marketing transformation
- Deliver solutions for data strategy audience identity media measurement and AI-driven marketing
- Guide clients in optimizing their marketing technology stack including CDPs DMPs and clean rooms
- Provide expert perspectives on identity resolution measurement evolution and regulatory shifts
- Craft modern marketing org designs aligning data technology and customer experience strategy
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI clean rooms and privacy regulation
- Develop future-state roadmaps for clients modernizing data-driven marketing
- Contribute to thought leadership publishing insights on martech identity and AI-driven transformation
- Support business development by identifying growth opportunities within client relationships
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine DTS offerings
- Maintain and expand an active network of industry leaders
- Help respond to RFPs and inbound inquiries
- Work cross-functionally across Transformation and Growth teams
- Present and defend strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Develop case studies and internal best practices
