About the Role
You will identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, investments, and new business development. You will lead or support deals from sourcing through execution, build financial and valuation models, prepare executive presentations, conduct due diligence and post-merger integration, and develop relationships with industry leaders, startups, and investors.
Requirements
- Have at least 7 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development
- Demonstrate knowledge of or interest in the United States media and entertainment landscape
- Be proficient in financial modelling and driving M&A deals to completion
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities
- Have expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Have exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hold a BA or equivalent experience
Responsibilities

- Lead or support deal processes from sourcing through execution
- Construct detailed financial and valuation models
- Prepare executive-ready presentations explaining proposed deal rationales
- Participate in due diligence and post-merger integration
- Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, startups, and investors
- Support strategic partnerships and new business initiatives
