About the Role

You will lead the full emerging-talent function, setting strategy and managing programs for internships, early-career recruiting, campus relationships, events, candidate programming, and intern-to-full-time conversion. You will build partnerships with universities and technical communities, develop the team, and turn successful experiments into repeatable systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years leading an emerging-talent or campus-recruiting function at a top technology company
  • Record of building experimental talent programs that improved early talent identification and attraction
  • Strong technical and engineering early-career hiring experience
  • Proven people leadership experience
  • Ability to combine strategic judgment with hands-on execution
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with senior leaders, hiring managers, university partners, and candidates
  • Experience in a high-bar technical environment
  • Experience improving intern-to-full-time conversion and using conversion data to shape strategy

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, operating model, and results for emerging talent
  • Build internship experiences, seasonal programs, events, programming, and conversion processes
  • Identify and attract technical and engineering talent early
  • Build relationships with universities, student communities, technical networks, and early-talent channels
  • Partner with engineering, product, business, and executive stakeholders on workforce plans and hiring outcomes
  • Design, test, and scale new talent programs
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team
