About the Role

You will provide hands-on technical leadership for digital and power electronic systems, with a focus on PCB-based hardware. You will guide architecture, requirements, design reviews, validation, troubleshooting, and product delivery. You will develop engineers, establish scalable processes and standards, collaborate across disciplines, and oversee products through production and launch.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• At least 10 years of electrical hardware design experience
• At least three years of technical leadership or people-management experience
• Expertise in complex PCB design, digital and power electronics, high-speed interfaces, power delivery, signal integrity, and power integrity
• Expertise in EMC, electrical compliance, product safety requirements, and global hardware standards
• Experience with PCB bring-up, electrical validation, compliance testing, and troubleshooting
• Experience building engineering teams and hardware-development processes
• Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and validation of digital and power electronic systems
• Guide hardware requirements, design reviews, and technical trade-off decisions
• Perform PCB bring-up, electrical validation, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting
• Establish engineering processes, design standards, review practices, and validation methods
• Develop and mentor electrical hardware engineers
• Collaborate with engineering, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
• Oversee products from concept through production and market launch
