About the Role
You will lead building and grounds maintenance across the Memphis campus. You will manage managers, supervisors, and technicians; oversee maintenance programs, building systems, vendors, budgets, capital planning, emergency response, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, architecture, construction management, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive facilities maintenance or building operations experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading supervisors or managers.
- Experience leading work orders, preventive maintenance, building systems, and vendor-delivered soft services.
- Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support.
- Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop facilities maintenance managers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Set facilities maintenance strategy, budgets, and resource forecasts.
- Own work-order and preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, transformer, fire/life-safety, and general building maintenance.
- Manage janitorial, landscaping, waste, pest-control, and other third-party vendors.
- Plan building, office, and grounds improvement projects with construction, EHS, and site operations.
- Assess resource needs, life-cycle costs, staffing, and capital plans.
- Define and track facilities performance indicators.
- Oversee emergency response and after-hours building support.
- Lead talent development, succession planning, and organizational design.
