About the Role
You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, master service agreements, statements of work, data processing agreements, marketing services agreements, and amendments. You will partner with stakeholders and vendors, manage legal and regulatory risk, maintain contract records, and develop scalable legal processes, training, guidelines, and playbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university.
- Law degree is strongly preferred; substantial law-firm or in-house paralegal or legal analyst experience will also be considered.
- Ability to independently develop and implement legal processes, policies, and playbooks.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and sound legal judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial judgment.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and amendments.
- Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to negotiate and execute contracts.
- Apply or develop standard operating procedures that support commercial objectives and manage legal and regulatory risk.
- Maintain organized contract and legal-document records across entities and jurisdictions.
- Develop and implement legal processes, training programs, internal guidelines, and playbooks.
- Assist with special projects.
