Senior Lead of Physical Security

About the Role

You will build and operate the physical security program, including policies, standards, site plans, and metrics. You will lead executive protection, travel and event security, oversee office security vendors and systems, and manage emergency response, business continuity, and crisis planning. You will lead physical security staff and contingent workers while partnering with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in corporate physical security, law enforcement, military, or a combination, including at least 4 years leading security teams and programs
• Experience with executive protection, guard-force and vendor management, physical security technology, and workplace investigations
• Experience supporting senior executives with discretion, tact, and judgment
• Experience leading incident response and crisis management
• Working relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think strategically while performing tactical work
• Eligibility to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Build and run the physical security program, including policies, standards, site security plans, and metrics
• Lead executive protection, travel safety, and event security
• Oversee access control, visitor management, monitoring, and guard-force vendors, including budgets, contracts, and SLAs
• Run emergency response, business continuity, and crisis management planning
• Lead the physical security team and manage the contingent workforce
• Partner with People, Workplace, Legal, and Security Engineering to embed safety into operations
