About the Role
You will manage daily physical security operations at a data centre. You will oversee the security contract, reception, visitor access, patrols, CCTV, access control, incident response, investigations, reporting, documentation, and audit support.

- Experience managing contract security teams
- Experience in data centres or critical infrastructure
- Knowledge of physical security systems
- Experience managing visitors and customer security requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage physical security operations at the data centre
- Maintain security standards and site-procedure compliance
- Conduct inspections of security controls
- Manage the Securitas security contract
- Supervise security officers and conduct performance reviews
- Oversee reception security, visitor registration, identity verification, escorts, and records
- Manage visitor, customer, contractor, VIP, and government-delegation access
- Ensure CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems remain operational
- Coordinate responses to on-site security incidents and liaise with emergency services
- Investigate physical security events and produce incident reports
- Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, and customer security audits
- Maintain site security documentation
