About the Role
You will operate integrated security audits, plan audit expansions, conduct framework gap assessments, coordinate auditors and control owners, and improve audit processes. You will automate evidence collection, request tracking, reporting, and reuse across frameworks while keeping human judgment in the loop.
Requirements
- Program management experience running multi-workstream programs
- Experience running external SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security audits
- Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27000, ISO 42001, and HIPAA
- Experience leading framework or scope gap assessments
- Experience improving audit processes and runbooks
- Technical fluency with cloud evidence and system-generated reports
- Ability to build simple automations with Claude
Responsibilities
- Run the integrated audit plan and calendar
- Plan and run quarterly audits through findings closeout
- Prepare control owners and evidence before fieldwork
- Scope audit boundaries with Product and Engineering
- Build and maintain the audit operating model and runbook
- Automate evidence collection, request tracking, and audit reporting
- Coordinate audit frameworks and firms
- Plan audit expansions and conduct gap assessments
- Manage auditor relationships and report program status
